Artist Roxanne Rossi, the driving force behind Paper
Clouds Studio and Gallery, spent her career teaching
art in public schools. During her tenure, she had
the opportunity to teach all ages, from 1st graders
to high school seniors. During her career, she continued
to exhibit her own works in watercolor, acrylic,
and fiber arts.
A turning point occurred in 1982, when Rossi signed-up
for a paper-making class. Paper immediately resonated
with her, and she's been working in the medium ever
since.
Roxanne took an early retirement from the public schools
in 2002, and has now settled into a studio in the Santa Fe Arts District
of Denver. Being downtown and near key arts facilities, the
perfect place for Roxanne—and a place where she enjoys
working in a variety of media.
